ROTOBOT Shipping Policy
1. Introduction
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. Our goal is to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience.
2. Order Shipment
While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. However, we will inform you before doing so to keep you updated on your order status.
3. Inspecting Your Delivery
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept delivery of the package. Immediately contact our Customer Care at +91 9600290049 or email us at support@rotobot.in, mentioning your order reference number. We will make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
4. Tracking Your Order
You may track the shipping status of your order on our website by clicking on the "Track Your Order" section. This provides real-time updates on your shipment's progress.
5. Shipping Invoice
Please note that all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
6. Shipping Partners
We use reputable courier services such as FedEx and Aramex to ship our products to your destination. These options will be available during checkout and can be chosen by you.
We can also ship through EMS Speed Post upon special request to remote locations if our primary shipping partners do not cover the area or have served you improperly. However, we cannot guarantee compliance with your request, as each shipment's content is verified by the post office before acceptance. If the post office deems the item may be damaged, they will not accept the shipment.
7. Shipping Time / Delivery Time
We make our best efforts to ship your order on the same day it is placed. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours.
- We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be shipped on the same day, except on Sundays and public holidays.
- Shipments through BlueDart, if created before 2:00 PM, will be picked up on the same day. Otherwise, the shipment will be picked up the next day.
Though we aim for a delivery time of 2-5 days to anywhere in India, this is beyond our control as each shipping company has its own methods, intermediate transit locations, etc., and the delivery time is not predictable. Please plan your order, allowing sufficient time for delivery instead of last-minute orders.
8. Guarantee/Warranty
All items are delivered with a standard warranty (unless otherwise specified on the product page) to protect customers from any manufacturing defects. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from the date of shipment of any defective product.
You agree to pay for return shipping on exchanges and returns. We will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair damaged products at no cost, with shipping prepaid by us. If we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. No warranty will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
9. Exchanges and Returns
We offer a full refund for eligible returns within 7 days. For items eligible for exchange on Rotobot, we provide free exchanges. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued within 7 days.
10. 100% Refund/Replacement
We guarantee accurate descriptions and high-quality products as mentioned on the website. To protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch, or missing parts, we offer a 2-day window (from the date of order delivery) to report complaints. Please raise a ticket from the website by clicking on the support page. Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue an RMA number to return the material. Once we receive the product, our experts will verify the reported issue and send replacement items to the customer with shipping costs prepaid by us. If we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund.
11. Order Cancellation
You can request to cancel your order by email only. Customer Service will respond within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in "Pending" or "Payment Verification" status can be altered or canceled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter or cancel it.
Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by the customer. This is because most payment gateway providers collect their commission even if the order is canceled and refunded.
12. Return Guidelines
Once we confirm that the faulty item cannot be repaired by the customer or via Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will issue an RMA Number, which you must clearly mention on the shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.
13. Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for the improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed when hooking up electrical components.
